[Durham INC] FW: Text Amendment Sendout for TC0900004, Compact Neighborhood Tier Parking

The UDO has a table of how much parking is required for different uses. For non-compact neighborhoods, parking is 100-175% of the number set in the table. The proposed amendment would say that compact neighborhoods may have 85-100% of the amount in the table. There is also a new clause on what parking is required in Pedestrian Buildings and an off-set for on-street parking.
