[Durham INC] NC Pride Parade is Sept 26; OWD-friend is keynote speaker

Annual NC Pride Parade & Festival is Saturday, September 26 (East Campus). 

10,000 people from across the State will gather for bands, vendors, floats and fun. 

The parade route will go through Old West Durham -- up Broad Street, down Ninth Street, and back along West Main to East Campus.

Parade begins promptly at 1PM. Much fun to watch. 

Once again, NC Pride officials are providing OWD an official vehicle for the parade. 

Big news: Pam Spaulding will be this year's keynote speaker. (Pam is now a nationally known blogger, and locally known columnist, who served on the OWDNA board back in the day -- when she started the OWD website and listserv.)
