Genesis Home is celebrating its 20th anniversary of serving homeless families with children and young adults in Durham.  Since 1989, Genesis Home has moved over 300 families from homelessness to housing.  On September 26th, we will honor the staff, volunteers, clients, and supporters that have contributed to our rich history.  Food will be provided by Pop's and Rue Cler, with music performed by local group Stella.  A new short documentary film about Genesis Home by Durham's Kenny Dalsheimer will premiere during the event.
