Again, delegates of member neighborhoods should be able to vote on any issue at any meeting for which they show up.

I am troubled that new language was quietly inserted that would prevent NAs from voting on a matter. I am troubled that the change wasn't highlighted and explained when it was inserted.

Again, lots of discomfort. On many levels.
