[Durham INC] Suggestion: Wkly Calendar Postings [no Attachments]

Sheila,

Your weekly postings reach thousands of people, mostly via the  listservs.
While the postings reach that many, I doubt more than 10% open the  
attachments for various reasons.

If your goal is to communicate, why would you be satisfied reaching only a  
small percentage of those who receive your emails?

By simply copying  & pasting, as I have done below, you will dramatically 
increase your  readership. On behalf of the members of PAC2, I'd like to 
request you send  future announcements this way.
You are certainly welcome to send attachments, but please include the  
message in the body of the email as well. Your message will assuredly reach more 
 people if you will.
