[Durham INC] Pauli Murray events this week (Nov 19 & Nov 22)

It is now officially Pauli Murray Week in Durham according to Durham City Council with their proclamation Monday night.

We hope to see you at two great events hosted by the Pauli Murray Project this week:

Thursday, November 19 at 7 p.m.
Lyon Park Community Center, 1313 Halley Street at Kent Street

Pauli Murray Lecture with Dr. Beverly Guy-Sheftall
Dr. Guy-Sheftall is the founding director of the Women’s Research and Resource Center and the Anna Julia Cooper Professor of Women’s Studies at Spellman College She is also the President of the National Women’s Studies Association.


Sunday, November 22 at 3 p.m.
