[Durham INC] Confirmed: Developer Lawsuit Going to Court TODAY -- 2:30, 6th floor, Durham courthouse

I just got off the phone with the courthouse, and the case IS going to court today at 2:30. It would be good to have citizens present to show our concern over this case. I hope some of you can make it.

Unfortunately,
I won't be able to make it -- I have a previous commitment at this
time, which I would have rescheduled had I known about the court case today. But I hope others can make it.
