[Durham INC] INC delegate meeting -- tomorrow

Lorisa Seibel will talk about the issue of future funds for Housing & other community programs throughout Durham. She will have information on the impact of the City's proposal to dedicate 10-20 years of Durham's housing & community development funds for the Rolling Hills-Southside Redevelopment. This will come to City Council at their 2nd meeting in August. DAHC will have a speakers bureau for presentations to neighborhood meetings too. She will also update us on the items INC supported in May: Penny for Housing, and collection of $800,000 in unpaid Housing  Code enforcement liens.Other items751 rezoning casethe upcoming billboard votes, and that lorisa will talk to us more about housing issues.
