Durham Parks and Recreation to Host Grand Opening for a New Park

Old Chapel Hill Road Park Ribbon Cutting - August 26

 

Durham, N.C. - On Thursday, August 26, at 5:30 p.m., Durham Parks and
Recreation will host the official ribbon cutting ceremony for Old Chapel
Hill Road Park (3751 SW Durham Drive). The event will include an
official ribbon cutting ceremony with remarks from city
officials/administrators (5:30 p.m.) as well as an exhibition soccer
game (6 p.m.-7 p.m.).  The media and public are invited to attend. For
