Community Leaders, Neighborhood Association members and neighbors,
 
A neighborhood meeting was held on Monday, October 18, 2010 at the old Time 
Warner Office Building located at 708 E. Club Boulevard to discuss the proposed 
Rezoning and Land Use Amendment for 1.00 acres of the 2.919 acre parcel fronting 
E. Club Boulevard at this location (Durham County PIN 0832-11-56-1645) .  We 
discussed the plans for the small parcel with the neighbors and surrounding 
business owners who attended.  Your group was not in attendance at the meeting 
and we want to make sure that we have an open dialogue to address any concerns 
you may have about the project.
 
Myself and the development team will be making calls in the coming days to the 
neighborhood associations to answer any questions that your group may have.  We 
look forward to becoming an integral part of the community and talking with you 
about the proposed project.
