[Durham INC] City board openings

If you didn't open the announcement, the 2 things that I thought were of most interest to neighborhoods were the RDU Airport Authority (for areas where flight patterns are an issue) and The CPAC. 
Due to an expired term and a resignation, there are currently two (2) vacancies on the CAPITAL PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE (CPAC) to represent FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT and PAC 3 with the terms to expire on March 31, 2012.
