Mike,

Thanks for your support.  I certainly want to use EVERY possible resource to get ideas, suggestions, or for that matter, balloon-bursting objections that explain why a certain idea probably won't work.  

I know that Pete Katz has been an active participant in several affordable housing groups, and thanks to him, I've started attending the meetings of the Campaign for Decent Housing.  Pete will be on this committee and I know he'll help us tap into the expertise that these groups have.

I'll keep you informed of our meetings, and you will be more than welcome to attend any of them that you can.
