[Durham INC] FW: HOA bill for INC

Attached is the report including the proposed bill from last year's House
Select Committee on Homeowners' Associations that we have been talking about
for the last few meetings.  The document is marked "Draft," but it is the
final, I am told.  

 

The staff at the General Assembly told me yesterday that the bill will be
introduced soon.

 

I encourage all INC delegates to review this document - especially those of
you who represent HOAs.  The bill contains a "homeowner's bill of rights."
Please be ready to discuss this at future INC meeting.  The question is,
should INC take a position on this bill?
