The Durham City-County Planning Department maintains a list of community organizations that want to receive notice of all applications for development approval located near them. We are currently updating this Community Organization Directory (formerly the Neighborhood Organization Directory) to obtain accurate contact information. You are listed as the contact for your organization. Please provide the following information for yourself or the current contact:·         Neighborhood or Organization Name·         Contact Name·         Contact Address ·         Contact Telephone Number·         Contact Email AddressYou may also list up to two additional contacts. We intend to compile the final list after Friday, March 31st, 2011. Any group not responding by that date will be eliminated from our records. Please submit your information via the form located on the web at http://www.durhamnc.gov/departments/planning/norg_signup_form.cfm  or by contacting Wade Griffin at 560-4137x28229 or  Wade.Griffin at durhamnc.gov . Notice will be provided by e-mail unless the organization pays a $50 fee every two years for mailed notice. Organizations that do not provide e-mail contact information will not be included in the Directory unless they pay the fee. Thank you for your help in updating our records.
