[Durham INC] instead of plywood on windows...

Can anyone point me in the direction of pragmatically useful resources for
people who want to hold Durham's government, non-profit, and for-profit
groups accountable, including information on exactly what it is they are to
be held accountable for and how to do that effectively, and also resources
for people who want to find out which groups provide Durham with needed,
cost-effective programs?  To me, that seems to be the main tripping point
when it comes to effectively addressing these objectives.

 

(By "pragmatically useful," I mean resources that are easy to find and use
for people who have day jobs and families and very limited time left over
for anything else?)
