[Durham INC] Durham's Wednesday Farmers' Market OPENS TOMORROW - 3:30 - 6:30pm!

The Durham Farmers’ Market Wednesday Market will open for the season tomorrow, 
the hours are 3:30 to 6:30 pm.

The Market is located at 501 Foster Street at the Pavilion at Durham Central 
Park.  Local farmers, bakers & crafters will be offering a wide array of local, 
seasonal products.  Currently strawberries, asparagus, broccoli, greenhouse 
grown tomatoes, and lots of fresh greens are in season.    You can also find 
locally raised meats,  eggs, cheeses, and locally made baked goods (including 
gluten free), prepared foods and drinks, and crafts.

Going to the market is a great way to meet neighbors and get some good local 
food. Additionally, check out the climbable sculptures and the Skate Park 
located in Central Park .

ALSO,  the Durham Farmers’ Market announces the launch of Farmer Foodshare at 
the Durham Farmers’ Market on Saturday April 23rd. 

Join local farmers, shoppers and volunteers at market from 8a to noon to provide 
fresh, nutritious and delicious local food for the food insecure in the Durham, 
while helping to support local farmers. 

 
The Durham Farmers’ Market is also open Saturdays, 8 a.m. to noon.

Please remember, pets are no longer allowed at the Durham Farmers’ Market.
