[Durham INC] Lane Closures on Gregson Street and Vickers Avenue

There will be lane closures on Gregson Street from Club Boulevard to
Chapel Hill Street and Vickers Avenue from Chapel Hill Street to U.S.
Highway 15-501 Business.  

 

Work will be performed today from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.  There will be no
work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday due to the Easter Holiday. Work will
resume on Monday, April 25 at 9 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. during.
There will also be work at night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

 

Contractors will close lanes to isolate work while the top layer of
asphalt is removed to prepare the streets for repaving a new layer of
asphalt. The remainder of the street will be open to the motorist. No
detours are necessary but motorists should expect delays.

 

Residents are asked to removed all parked vehicles from Gregson Street
and Vickers Avenue until the repaving work is completed.
