City Hall Plaza Construction Update

Construction update announcing upcoming construction items for Week of
April 25-29, 2011

 

Storm Drain Lines Completed on Mangum Street

The new storm drain installation along Mangum Street has been completed.
Some minor work remains in this area, such as repaving. However, the
semi-circle is open and will serve as the temporary ADA entrance to City
Hall. The loading dock driveway reconstruction is still slated to begin
in early May. During this two-week period, there will be no access to

the loading dock.

City Hall Annex Project

The roof repairs for the City Hall Annex are proceeding as scheduled.
For more information regarding this project, contact Kendrick Williams
at 560-4197, Ext. 21242.

The last segment of storm drain pipe (shown above)  has been installed
on the Mangum Street side of City Hall.

Newly poured sidewalk (shown above) will allow for direct access to City
Hall from the Mangum Street semi-circle.
