[Durham INC] "Property Owners Protection Act" -- House Bill 652 -- doesn't protect Durham County neighborhoods

 What about also requiring that developers/owners pay the attorney's fees for any citizen group that successfully opposes them and/or a county's decision in the property owner's interests but at the expense of common resources, etc.?

Sounds like a quintessential, special-interest, one-sided bill to me...but that is kind-of par for the course these days...
