[Durham INC] HB 554 and SB 683

The time to speak out against HB 554 and SB 683 is running out.  The
hearing is now scheduled for next Thursday.  We need you to let our
State Senators know how we feel.  Please read the attached letter and
send it to Senator Atwater and Senator McKissick.  We need to act now!
