City Hall Plaza Construction Update

Construction update announcing upcoming construction items for Week of
June 20 -24, 2011

Loading Dock Driveway Construction Underway

Construction on the new loading dock driveway began June 7 with the
demolition of the existing driveway.  Because the driveway is concrete,
ample time is needed for the new driveway to properly cure.

 

The new driveway is expected to be open to traffic after Thursday, June
23.  During this period, there will be no vehicular access to the
loading dock.   

 

City Hall Plaza is scheduled to reopen in October 2011. For more

The new loading dock, above, was poured on Monday.  Access to the
loading dock will resume after June 20.

 

 

New Curb and Gutter Being Installed on City Hall Plaza

The contractor began installing the new concrete curb and gutter on City
Hall Plaza. After numerous delays caused by underground utility lines,
installation of the new water and storm drainage lines will be completed
soon.

	
City Hall Annex Project

The roof repairs for the City Hall Annex are proceeding as scheduled.
