[Durham INC] Hillandale Golf Course:

President Miller and INC'ers:

Given the recent -and continuous- media coverage relating to the Hillandale Golf Course, I am wondering aloud here if INC is going to take a position on the matter.

I guess people from the Watts-Hillandale area would need to initiate such discussion, but I felt compelled since Sun Trust and the Manager's Office are having these "discussions."

They are proposing closing the course on the 31st of October.  Since that will be after our next INC Meeting, I was wondering (a) are we going to take some position (since there seems to be discussions of some sort, between management and the City) and (b) if so, do we have a special emergency meeting, or have one via email and vote?
