[Durham INC] 751 South wastewater services on COUNTY Agenda tomorrow night

I just found out this was on the Board of County Commissioners' agenda for tomorrow night:


Request from Southern Development20 min.Coulter, Jewell & Thames on behalf of its client, Southern Durham
Development, has requested the County consider wastewater services for its
development on 751 South. According to the request, transmitted by letter on
September 1, 2011, the County system is within 7,000 of linear feet of the
property.
Resource Person: Daniel A Jewell, President, Coulter, Jewell & Thames
County Manager’s Recommendation: The Manager recommends that theBoard review the request and advise the staff if additional action is necessary.


Why the rush? Especially when Becky Heron's seat is effectively empty right now and her replacement is still up in the air? We all know why.

I hope people care enough to let the county commissioners know how they feel about this, at least by sending an email:
