[Durham INC] Open Space Resolution -- New version

I think it would be helpful if someone from the Planning Dept could speak to us and help develop the issues involved. The new resolution is much clearer but it would be great to hear from someone who is not a proponent, especially for those of us who are unfamiliar with this type of planning.

I am new to Inc and thus unfamiliar as to how this type of situation has been handled in the past. Perhaps most of you are well acquainted with the issues, although from the tenor of the discussion at the last meeting, this did not seem to be the case. Perhaps there have been Open Space presentations in the past.

Hopefully I can attend the Open Space meeting immediately before the next INC meeting and improve my understanding.
