Mixed Use Update – Open House The Durham City-County Planning Department will inform citizens and other stakeholders about the status of the Mixed Use Update. This meeting is a follow up from the May 2011 Workshop which was used to develop key principles for establishing guidelines for revisions to current policy standards and ordinances that regulate mixed use development in Durham. Staff will use the results of this session to proceed with drafting text. This session will be an open house format so participants may arrive at any time during the session. We hope you will join us!
