First of all, thanks for the reply.

You've outlined exactly why I wanted to participate in the discussion, hands-on.  

Given my personal experience, it demonstrates aggravating factors, when taken into consideration alongside the previous/initial concerns.

I completely agree that my package matter should not become a scapegoat; it was only mentioned to add documented and verifiable evidence that this Postal System is engaging in a behavior that is not circumstantial, but habitual and borderline, blatant professional negligence.

These behaviors have reached such a level of professional disregard, that I wanted the entire list serv, including the media that occasionally reads this, to read.

Thanks a lot for your direct feedback!  I concur 100% with your email and plan-of-action.
