[Durham INC] Collard Cookoff at Durham Farmers' Market tomorrow!

Chef Kyle Wilkerson from Four
Square Restaurant both swear that they have the best recipe for cooking
collards.  So, they will go head to head in the Great Collard Cook Off of 2011 tomorrow morning at the Market. Love collards
or hate 'em, this showdown will be a blast! Taste each chef's recipe and vote for your favorite
collard cooker! You'll also have a chance to take home a collard recipe.  The Cook-Off will start at 10am on the
Market Lawn.
 
The Durham Farmers’ Market is
an all local, producer only farmers’ market.  It is located at 501 Foster Street in the Pavilion at Durham
