[Durham INC] INC Status

Dick,
I don't know whether INC has ever become a 501c3 organization.  Possibly Tom Miller or Mike Schiflett can answer that.
However the organization's bylaws prohibit it from endorsing political parties.  That would make it non-partisan in my eyes.  You can find the by-laws here:
