Durham County Library Hosts Author Talk on The Business of College Sports

Program:        The Business of College Sports

Cost:                Free and open to the public
About: Charles Clotfelter, the Z. Smith Reynolds Professor of Public Policy and Professor of Economics and Law from Duke University, will discuss his newest book, Big-Time Sports in American Universities, and explore the positive and negative consequences of sports programs at major universities.
The discussion will take place on Thursday, January 19 at 7 p.m. at the Southwest Regional Library, 3605 Shannon Road. For more information about the program, call 560-8590.
