                          City Hall, 101 City Hall Plaza The Durham City-County Planning Department has prepared a text update of the Durham Comprehensive Plan.  The Durham Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the updated Plan at its February 14, 2012 meeting.   The Comprehensive Plan is the County's and City’s statement about how our community should grow and develop.  The plan deals with physical aspects of the community’s growth and development and also guides how the City and County provide public facilities and regulate new development.
