[Durham INC] Mayor Bell Defends His Bail Bond Proposal in Today's Durham News

I hope the Mayor's proposal will gain traction.  I will be thinking about it during the Community Response at  4 Welch Place on Tuesday, April 3rd at 5:00 PM.

The Response has been scheduled as a result of the March 28th homicide of Jesus Contreras. News reports claim that 30-40 shots were fired.
