Hi Danielle,
It was nice talking to you at the candidates forum.
I would like to invite you speak to our next  INC meeting, Tuesday, April 24 at 7 p.m.  We were specifically interested in hearing about stormwater drainage issues in Durham (like the sinkholes throughout Cleveland Holloway and the trenches being made of our intermittent streams that have been turned into storm drains).  We were also interested in inviting Mike Dupree to talk about  two county programs that are being offered now in order to address stormwater runoff.  I gather that at least one of these programs reimburses (in part) private property owners for doing things like installing rain gardens.

I hope that these talks would complement each other,
but I'm a complete ignoramus about these issues, I don't know.
So:  two questions.  Can you come, and do you think these two presentations would go well together?

Thanks.
John Martin, PresidentInterNeighborhood Council of Durham
