Diane says: "Staff is planning briefings and neighborhood engagement all summer." I sincerely hope this means neighborhood input into the actual planning process as opposed to education and comment on a completed plan.
I am very interested in how the benefits will be measured over the long term and if the environmental impact of construction will be measured.
