Well Ed, I always follow and pull all City and County info as well.  In-fact, on today I sat at the City's work session from 1:00pm until around 5:30pm.  When I did finally get to speak, I was instructed to not use my entire 3-minutes.....

So I don't know how good participation is respected around here.

This, after Ralph McKinney, John Tarantino and others of the sort babbled aimlessly about non-agenda-related items.

So good luck with your "participation" efforts....
