Dear Susan:

I am so very sorry that I mentioned your name in my previous email. If it is any consolation to you, the light in which I mentioned your remarks was to highlight your integrity, fairness and true spirit of leadership in a hostile environment.

I actually thought that the Confidentiality Agreement was only for a certain period of time (like 48 hrs, or something of the sort).

If I am mistaken, I truly apologize. My remarks -once you see them- will clearly show you that they were not meant to cause you any negative feedback from any true progressive, but instead, to lift you up as an example of true, civil leadership.

Nonetheless, I will be certain to not state anything in attribution to any specific individual in the PA Endorsement. I'd add: the fact that I've said absolutely nothing until now (over 2-months post endorsement) hopefully supports my statement that I meant well.
