NC-DOT is in the final stages of their latest strategic plan.  If you want to comment on it, you have until tomorrow to do so. 

If you don't have time to read the plan or make comments, I urge you to take the survey which is much better than the typical nerdy planner surveys, and asks questions any someone with a basic interest in better communities should be able to answer (e.g. should transportation plans be tied to land use.  should citizens be involved in what roads get built.  Like, duh...)
