Durham Plans Information Session on Draft Mobile Vending City Code
Updates

 

What:              Public Information Session on Proposed Amendments to
the Mobile Vending Provisions of the Durham City Code 

 

Who:               Durham City-County Planning Department

Fast Facts:

*         The proposed changes to the Mobile Vending Provisions of the
Durham City Code are in response to comments received from residents,
vendors and businesses, and incorporate current mobile vending
practices. 

 

*         This information session will include a brief overview of the
draft code and staff will answer questions and receive comments. 

 

*         This code only applies to the right-of-way and does not affect
private property. 

 

*         Proposed updates are for sections 54-25, 54-26, 54-84, 54-85,
54-86, 54-87, 54-88 , 54-91, 54-110, 54-111, 54-112, 54-113, 54-114,
54-115, 54-116, 54-117, 54-118, 54-140, 54-141, 54-188,  54-189, 54-190,
54-191, 54-192.
