Triangle Green Business Challenge info session 
 

Looking for ways to save money, improve efficiencies, and get
recognition for your company?

 

The Durham City-County Sustainability Office invites you to join us for
coffee and pastries July 11 from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Diamond View I for a
brief information session about the Triangle Green Business Challenge.

 

The GBC is a FREE opportunity for your business to improve efficiency
and sustainability of your day-to-day operations.  The Challenge is
great for businesses that have never thought about sustainability as
well as those that have already implemented "green" practices.

 

All Durham businesses that sign up and complete the scorecard by August
1st will be entered to win a sustainability consulting session with
Sustainable Industrial Solutions.

 

Regional winners will be selected in each of 4 business categories
(retail, hospitality, labs/light manufacturing/industry, professional)
for best overall and most improved.  Prizes include Green Plus
Certification.  All Durham-based businesses that participate will be
recognized by the City Council or County Commissioners and will be
eligible to win a box at a 2013 Durham Bulls game with $500 in food
thanks to Capitol Broadcasting.
