Please be advised of the upcoming proposed changes to the text of the Durham Unified Development Ordinance (UDO):   Text Amendment TC1100015 proposes revisions to the following Unified Development Ordinance articles relating to the creation of the University-College 2 zoning district: Article 3, Applications and Permits; Article 4, Zoning Districts; Article 5, Use Regulations; Article 6, District Intensity Statements; Article 7, Design Standards; and Article 16, Definitions. TC1100015 will establish the University-College 2 zoning district which is to be applied to the existing campus of North Carolina Central University.  The Durham City Council will hold a public hearing on TC1100015 on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 101 City Hall Plaza, 1st Floor.
