Text Amendment TC1200005 proposes revisions to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) regarding farmers’ markets and commercial crop production.   This text amendment would add provisions to allow farmers’ markets with a temporary use permit in certain areas that do not permit retail uses, and adds commercial crop production as a separate use that would be permitted in all zoning districts, while also making a distinction between crop production and community gardens. Additional supplementary requirements for the uses are also proposed.  Text Amendment TC1200006 proposes revisions to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) regarding electronic gaming establishments, or “internet sweepstakes”.This text amendment would add provisions for electronic gaming establishments by establishing the use category, permitted zoning districts to establish the use, and limited use standards specific to the use. No public hearings have been scheduled at this time, but notices will be sent and published as required for any future public hearings.
