[Durham INC] Response from Tom Bonfield

Hi Everyone,

Last September, there was a conversation on the listserv about storm water,
urban streams, pollution, leaking sewer pipes, and related matters.

Recently the City Manager, Tom Bonfield, sent me a lengthy response,
including responses from the city departments involved.  I am attaching it
as PDF for those who are interested.

As always, we welcome vigorous and civil debate on this listserv about
everything affecting Durham's neighborhoods.
