[Durham INC] Zoning Protest Petitions - Final Update

Dear Neighbors:

 

The General Assembly has adjourned.  Before they finished, they passed H. B.
74, the version of the regulatory reform act that does not include a
provisions abolishing zoning protest petitions.  S. B. 112, the version that
would have abolished protest petitions, was never reported out of the senate
rules committee. 

 

Your vigilance and fast action has saved your right to file a protest
petition.
