Keep Durham Beautiful Seeks Applications for Community Beautification Grants
Residents Invited to Apply for Grant Funding to Improve Durham's Appearance

Durham-based residents, volunteer groups and educators looking to make a difference in Durham's appearance are encouraged to apply for the Keep Durham Beautiful bi-annual grant program.

Keep Durham Beautiful, a nonprofit affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, will award competitive grants of up to $500 to support Durham-based volunteer groups, individuals or teachers looking to organize projects that support litter prevention, recycling and waste reduction or community beautification.

The deadline to submit applications for the fall funding cycle is Saturday, August 31, 2013. Applications for the Spring funding cycle are due by January 31, 2014.
