[Durham INC] [durhamenviro] UDO text amendment TC1300002

[Pat Carstensen]

The difference between power lines and ponds is that the power company is going to be in there trimming back anything that grows near it, so it is even more important to have trees somewhere else.  
Maybe there should be a minimum tree coverage once all the areas that can't have trees are taken out.
