Fast Facts:
*         On Friday, October 18, seminar participants will hear from the officers of four charitable foundations about their funding priorities and receive a first-hand tutorial on their funding cycles. Presentations will be made by the Mary Biddle Duke Foundation, Triangle Community Foundation, Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation, and the Wells Fargo Charitable Foundation.

*         On Wednesday, October 23, participants will receive an intensive, hands-on grant writing "boot camp" led by Ruth Peebles of the INS Group. Participants will learn common mistakes and errors in developing grant proposals and, by the end of the session, will have begun developing grant funding proposals.


*         The cost to attend the October 18 panel discussion is free. However, seating is limited in the October 23 boot camp, so interested attendees should RSVP by October 22.
