[Durham INC] November meetings on Durham-Orange Light Rail transit project

The station locations on/by Duke West Campus appear to be unsettled as yet. (All are on the medical center side, which I still consider West Campus). 
The two likeliest are called "Eye Center" and "Trent/Flowers," with "Erwin/Fulton" sounding like it lags behind. At least that's I know right now.

The lack of decision shouldn't come as a surprise. This is in large part why there's an EIS.

> Morrisville, NC - Triangle Transit will hold three public meetings on the Durham Orange Light Rail Transit Project next month as the proposed 17-mile rail project enters into environmental review.   The meetings on November 12, 13, and 14, 2013 are being held in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) that affects any Federally-funded or potentially Federally-funded infrastructure projects.

> Project alignments that will be studied during the Environmental Assessment phase will be presented.  The public will also hear a summary of comments submitted by the public, Federal, state, and local agencies during the Environmental Scoping Period in 2012 and how the comments were addressed.

> All meetings will be held from 4:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.  Presentations and a question and answer session will be held at 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M.  An English-Spanish interpreter will be available at each session.   Each meeting is within one quarter mile of public transit.
