[Durham INC] Recycling Pilot Program Needs More Participation!

Many Durham neighbors are loving the new recycling pilot 
program. But I am told (by good sources), that unless participation increases (recycling in Durham is around 30% though I don't know if that's all of Durham or just the 
county) to at least 50% they couldn't afford to send trucks all over the 
county. 

Perhaps the Durham News or Herald Sun can get some recycling stats and write a column in this regard.

At the very least, if we want our great recycling program to continue, we need to increase participation -- at the very least, by spreading the word on Durham listservs.
