*         This free seminar, conducted by Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion Patrice Gilmore with Holt Brothers Construction, will discuss the best techniques small construction contractors can use to market to public agencies, large construction companies and construction management firms. There will be special emphasis on the use of information technology to advertise and promote the services of small construction contractors.

About the Equal Opportunity and Equity Assurance Department
The City of Durham's Equal Opportunity and Equity Assurance Department is responsible for the implementation of the City's Equal Business Opportunity Program.
