Why anyone would want to unsubscribe in beyond me, but we do need to get word out as to how to subscribe.  Please consider forwarding to your networks and to other listservs.

INC delegates do a great job of liaising with their neighborhoods, but it helps if there are at least few people in every neighborhood and neighborhood organization who are aware of what INC is doing.
