Vice President:  Peter Katz, Old North Durham
Secretary:  Pat Carstensen, Cross-Counties
Treasurer:  Susan Sewell, Tuscaloosa-Lakewood
At Large:  Dick Ford, Downing Creek                              Jose Miguel Sandoval, Woodcroft
*Past President:  Philip Azar, Trinity Park
We will vote on the slate at the meeting on Tuesday

Our September INC Delegates Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday night, September 22nd at 7:00 in Golden Belt (807 E. Main St.) Building 2, 3rd Floor in the Neighborhood Improvement Services conference room.

Between Guest Speakers and the requirements of the Annual Meeting, we have a full agenda.  
Here is an outline:
Speakers (I expect a robust presentation/discussion with the first speaker.  The second speaker has asked for 5 minutes or so in advance of a longer presentation in October):
1.  Jeff Hughes, Lecturer and Director, Environmental Finance Center, UNC School of Government, “Stormwater Finance, Governance and Partnerships.”
2.  Megan Carroll, Sustainability Specialist, Durham City/County Sustainability Office, “Cankerworm Prevention.”
Annual Meeting Items:

1.  Elections (We heard a report from the nominating committee at the last meeting. I request that the slate being put forward by the nominating committee be circulated to the listserv separately.)
2.  Treasurer’s Report
3.  President’s (Past President’s) Report.  If anyone feel strongly that this should precede the elections, please let me know)
Neighborhood Announcements

Expected Committee Reports
   
   - Candidate Forum
   - Pocket Neighborhoods
   - Committees/Groups/Individuals working on planning issues around transit either with Planning or other neighborhoods 
Please let me know of other items for the agenda, preferably by Sunday morning.
